This video continues off from the previous video to combine the following components.
- The extending forward of and pulling back of the arm's. That is the Tsuki, or the punch.
- The rotation of the hips on Zenkutsu-dachi.
Three stages of training:
- Sequence - perform one component after another with a pause in between
- Connect - No dissipation of Hip Momentum; Hip drives the arm
- Combine - both components starts as well as ends at the same time
